We are looking for customer service professionals and producers to join our growing team at Allstar Insurance. As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our clients, answering their inquiries, processing their requests, and resolving their issues. As a producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with prospects and clients, and selling our insurance products and services.
To be successful in these roles, you will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for insurance. You will also need to have a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, commissions, bonuses, and benefits, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
